Our
Return Policy
You
may return any tangible item to the Guided Meditation Project within
30 days of shipment date (on packing slip) for exchange or a full
refund of the product price. All items must be returned in original
and resalable condition with original packaging. Sorry, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Please request your refund through our Contact
Us page or by written inquiry to The Guided Meditation Project, 3925 City View
Drive, Rapid City, SD 57701. Your refund will be credited back to your
credit card. Downloads are not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable. If you have any problems downloading we will gladly assist you in the process so that you receive the download
you purchased. If you are uncertain about a title and would like to try it, please purchase a CD or tape instead.
Our
Cancellation Policy
You
may cancel anytime, prior to your order being shipped, without
penalty. If the order is shipped before you cancel, please refuse the
package without opening it and it will be returned to us.

Guided Meditation Project is committed to protecting the privacy of
those using our site and the confidentiality of the personal
information which our customers provide us with. We use the
information we collect to ensure that orders are processed smoothly,
to send you e-mail notifications about our new or existing products
and services, news letters, special offers, or to otherwise contact
you. Our site uses an order form for customers to request information,
products, and services. When you place an order, we need to know
your name, e-mail address, delivery address and payment details. This
allows us to process and fulfill your orders. We collect
visitor's contact information (like their email address) and financial
information (like their account or credit card numbers). Contact
information from the order form is used to send orders and information
about our company. The customer's contact information is also used to
get in touch with the visitor when necessary. Financial information
that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services.
We will not share your e-mail address with third parties, although we
reserve the right to present you with advertisements on their behalf.
At no time will The Guided Meditation Project pass on your information
without your prior consent.
Saving Instant Audio and Transcript Downloads to Your Computer
For
PCs: Right click on the red "Download Now" icon and select "Save Target As..."
For Macs: Click and hold on the link. Continue depressing the mouse until a menu list appears, then select “download link to disk” from the menu. You will be prompted to choose a destination to save your download. Be sure to save to a location that you can find easily, like your desktop, and your file will begin downloading.
